Wandering

So many times great thoughts come to mind and I say, “Self, you should write that down!” And somehow I never do. Who knows how many little sparkles of ideas are floating around and above my head all glittery and just waiting to be captured and penned.

As a substitute teacher I am fortunate to be able to stay home all summer with the kids. I watch our granddaughter two days a week.

If I were partial to making a “how to” blog, I’d write about all of the amazing home projects I’ve accomplished - but anyone can YouTube what I’ve done 😂 I will share pics later though because, well, I transformed this farmhouse with a lot of hard work, swearing, determination, and a very small budget of less than $500.

My real purpose for writing, dear friend, is to let you know that you are never alone. To encourage you to not hold your life up he light of Instagram or Pinterest or TikTok. You are you. This life is your life, precisely who God intends you to be!

If you’re a little dusty or need a tune up- or even a complete overhaul - God’s waiting. Just cry out. Read Psalm 40 today.

Well talk tomorrow,

Carolyn
